New Rule:Spam Replies

| If anyone does a spam reply or a spam topic to get their account more post count they will receive punishment.
if it is the first offence the loser will have 10 posts deducted from their post count ad will receive a warning to stop
if they continue to a second offence the user will lose 20 posts from their account and will have the final warning
third offence is they lose ALL posts and will be banned from forums for 24hours.
fourth offence: banned forever

| if its about albanian then thats fucking bs because u can notice wtf hes doing
the post about the duper who i told him was me i was just bored o.o
he posted it in 2 places to get more posts
and if he fuckin notice hes pulling up EVERY OLD POST FROM OLD SOURCE PUTTING WORTHLESS REPLIES THAT MAKE NO SENCE AT ALL
