Okay umm Rewards you get depend on how much you donate and how frequently you donate, sometimes its up to you..
the most common donation is the 10$ for GS set and full bandos..
there are other options of course..

edit: while shadow is away, post pictures of the paypal transactions as proof of your donation so i may attend to your rewards.

edit: found out donation thingy is @ bottom of homepage tongue anyways, there are more options ofcourse o.o

No real "proper" list
depending on peoples imagination and what they want, anything is possible
it can range from ele', to a sled. to a hween mask, to anything actually
if they want it, can pay it, do pay, it, they get it =]
